Click on and complete the Contact Us page, give us a call, look in the office window, click on the Right Move link or just call in. We will be happy to try to help you. If your contact details are left with us we will then be able to advise you as and when a property which meets your requirements becomes available.
Should a viewing be arranged you will be accompanied by a representative from The Bridgwater Letting Agency who will be able to answer you questions and discuss any issues you may like to raise.
You have found a property in which you would like to live!
- You will be provided with an Application Form which must be completed.
- You will be asked to pay an Administration Fee (price available on request)
- Reference and Credit Checks are taken up and checked
- You will be asked to provide various forms of ID
- The tenancy can go ahead?
- You will be expected to provide one month's rent and a deposit in cleared funds OR bankers draft
An appointment will be made with you for the signing of the documentation and to give you the keys to your new home.
The deposit you pay will be lodged with a scheme as per the government ruling which came into force on 6th April 2007. You will be given various documents to prove where the deposit is lodged and how it is refunded to you at the end of the tenancy.
